During the 90-minute session, you'll participate in dynamic drills, skill-building exercises, and scrimmages, all while being evaluated by our expert coaches and directors. If you can't attend the tryouts, we offer flexible evaluation options, including referrals and video submissions. Fall teams
Improve your skills and develop your IQ with us throughout the Fall. Our tournament schedule is hand selected to ensure appropriate competition, balance between training + games, and recruitment exposure for our high school teams. Our training sessions are structured so athletes can participate in Fall sports while keeping a lacrosse stick in hand!
National Programs
South Sound active players will have access to ADVNC National Teams, ADVNC PNW Super Regional Teams, The National All-Star Games, and nominations to top showcases in the country. These opportunities brings together the top talent from Northern California, Oregon, and Washington to compete in top events in the country, against the top programs across the nation, and showcasing the best players our region has to offer on a national stage.
Our Staff
We bring in high caliber coaches with knowledge and experience in how to improve an athlete's lacrosse skills and encourage a love for the game. Our staff is dedicated to helping prepare our athletes to compete at the next level.
