  • Practices will be 90 minutes and begin on Sunday’s in September after the start of school and Labor day weekend. Practices will continue until December when our final event concludes. Our practices have been intentionally scheduled to not conflict with the Fall Sports season. We support the multi-sport athletes, and limit our weekly requirements to ensure they have the bandwidth to participate in both.

  • Positional training sessions are a fantastic way to receive individualized instruction from our elite group of positional coaches.  Specialty sessions are tailored to give detailed adjustments to players that want to build their positional IQ as well as lacrosse mechanics. There will be 5 positional clinics throughout the fall offered for goalies, defensive and faceoff specialists. Positional training sessions are free to all South Sound participants! They serve as a compliment to regular practices and are optional, but highly recommended.

  • We pride ourselves in making the most strategic tournament decisions for the best interests of our players and teams. Our primary goals are to help our players become the best versions of themselves and to provide the most valuable and fun lacrosse experience possible.
